Your government is putting money and power ahead of lives. The soft soaping of the questions doesn't help to get to the truth of the matter. There is one reason they want to get children back to school and it has nothing to do with educating our children. They need them to go back to school to free up Mum and Dad to go back to work but more than that when your kids are going to school and there is a routine everything APPEARS to be 'normal'. If it appears normal people will start to believe it is and return to what they have known their entire lives, work. Fear, terror and horror seem to be the norm. At least if you are an NHS family.  Fear at what could happen to your loved one, the terror as these thoughts creep up on you. The horror of what awful outcome could await. Any family member of someone working for the NHS will happily tell you how proud they are of them. They are smart, strong, confident, diligent and of course, caring. These all go to make up the person that you love, that you admire that you are so, so very proud of. Is that what makes us the most proud? Well, it would be a lie to say it didn't go a long way but these wonderful people do a demanding job, over long hours, in not great conditions for money that they could earn in other, less demanding roles. Above those remarkable qualities there are other things that make them stand out, that make us so proud of them. The Coronavirus, COVID-19, has swept across the planet in a matter of weeks. As it is a novel version, no one has immunity to it and there are currently no vaccines. A robust and urgent response is and was required to this. A 'Universal' healthcare response to it, if you will. However, there are countries that have no form of 'nationalised' healthcare system and require their citizens to essentially fend for themselves. Of course, this means there is no joined up, national system to coordinate not just the medical aspect of fighting this virus but also the logist aspect of it.
